This type of polishing wheel is made out of a premium grade of 100% cotton, that’s like Flannelette.
This is common wheel you will use in conjunction with Rouge type compound (eg GREEN ROUGE).
This is used in the final polishing stage to achieve a high shine or rouging in the Jewellery manufacturing (eg: GOLD, SILVER, BRASS) or for the use of getting the high gloss polish finish (eg auto part .chrome plated article).
