- Coloured stitched polishing wheels are 100% cotton. Made from all types of recycled coloured cotton.
- These are designed for use on manual polishing machines and used as a general purpose polishing wheel.
- These are mostly used in the electroplating industry on non ferrous metals and stainless steel.
- This is a common wheel that is also used for making up of grit or emery wheels together with the holding glue like GRIT BOND OR COLDAX.
- The full stitched is a spiral sewn wheel that results in a more uniform density.
- The sewing can be with 5mm up to 25mm apart for different densities (eg 5mm is hard wheel, 25mm being for soft). So for more cutting power you would use the closer stitching and less cutting with more polish (shining) you can use the 25mm wide stitching for more softer metals.
